Sugar marketing

Sugar is an familiar term for a class of ripe crystalline substances, mainly sucrose, lactose, and fructose characterize by a sweet flavor. In food, sugar almost entirely refers to sucrose, which primarily comes from sugar cane and sugar beet. Other sugars are used in industrial food preparation, but are usually known by more specific names glucose, fructose, high fructose corn syrup.

A Sugar Factory is used for manufacturing sugar. Cane supply records of many thousand farmers from 100s of villages have to be managed. These have to be included to the Calendaring and Indenting process, because the factory issues cutting orders to farmers based on the maturity of the cane. The system needs to be fiddle proof and user friendly.
